Services are provided based on a valid trade license and documents certifying professional qualifications for the activities performed.
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the massage services provided at the workplace (hereinafter referred to as "Services") and govern the relationship between the service provider [Jirkovo s.r.o.] (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the client (hereinafter referred to as "Client").
2. Reservations and orders
The Client may reserve a massage appointment via telephone, email, or the Provider's online booking system.
A reservation is considered binding upon confirmation by the Provider.
The Client is required to inform the Provider of any specific requests or limitations concerning the services at the time of booking.
3. Number and duration of massages
The number of massages is planned based on the capacity of 1-2 masseurs, who can serve the Client within 3-6 hours.
For larger groups, massages can be arranged in several stages or repeated throughout the week.
4. Prices and payments
Prices for services are determined based on the agreed duration of the massage and the number of masseurs.
If multiple appointments are booked in advance, the Client may request an individual price offer.
Payment is possible based on an invoice, which the Client will receive after the services are provided.
5. Cancellation and changes to reservation
The Client may cancel or change the reservation no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without a fee.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
6. Responsibility and warranties
The Client is required to inform the masseur of any health problems, contraindications, or other limitations before the start of the massage. The responsibility for correctly reporting these contraindications lies solely with the Client.
The Provider is not responsible for any health problems or complications that may arise as a result of the massage, provided that the massage was performed in accordance with generally accepted standards.
7. Data Protection
The Provider processes the Client's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and communication with the Client.
8. Rights and obligations of the parties
The Provider undertakes to deliver the Services with appropriate quality and in a timely manner according to the agreed conditions.
The Client is obliged to allow the Provider access to the place of service provision and to create conditions for performing the massages.
9. Force majeure
The Provider is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events that may affect the provision of services.
10. Final provisions
These Terms may only be amended or supplemented in writing with the consent of both parties.
All disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the relevant courts.
